The Fulton Community Development Agency’s Housing Rehabilitation Program offers assistance to income eligible families of existing single family owner-occupied homes in the City of Fulton.
Income Eligibility
Income eligibility for program participants is based on 80% of HUD’s area median income limits for your family size. You can check HUD’s area median income limits.
Eligible applicants must show proof of ownership, primary residency, and current mortgage(s), property taxes, and homeowner’s insurance.
Repair examples include heating, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, masonry, insulation, replacement windows and doors, and exterior painting, etc.
After submitting your application, please submit the following:
Copy of the recorded Deed for the property
Copy of PAID Property Tax Receipts (City and County, School)
Copy of most recent PAID City of Fulton Water and Sewer Receipts
Copy of most recent monthly Mortgage Statement
Copy of Declarations Page with proof of PAID Homeowners Insurance
One (1) Full Months Proof of ALL HOUSEHOLD INCOME (i.e., Most Recent Pay Stubs, Benefit Award Letter for State Benefits – SSI, Social Security, pension, unemployment, disability, etc.)
Three (3) most recent Bank Statements for ALL HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNTS
