Economic Development

The Fulton Community Development Agency provides economic development support to the City of Fulton in order to foster growth and prosperity in our community while enhancing the quality of life for our residents. By collaborating with local governments and businesses, our agency identifies development opportunities and offers resources to support small businesses.

Our agency assists the City of Fulton with administrative tasks related to municipal programs and grants such as; the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), the Microenterprise Revitalization Initiative (DRI), Restore NY Grant Program, and other economic development grants. All municipal programs and grants that the Fulton Community Development Agency manages have gone through the approval of the Mayor and the Common Council.

Through networking, we help the City of Fulton identify business prospects and expansions. Our agency engages with new and existing businesses to promote the City as a business-friendly location, evaluate expansion possibilities, and identify common trends in the business community.
